Bodegas de la Parra, Old road to Calvillo, Aguascalientes

Óscar de la Parra’s boutique winery on the old road to Calvillo. Planting began in 2007 and winemaking in 2011, on an organic vineyard fed by its own pond. The Camino Real hotels blog calls it the state’s first certified organic vineyard.
